Shipping & Returns Policy

Standard shipping depends on zone location within New Zealand, please refer to the table below. We allow free local pickup directly from Aber Living at 17 Mainstreet Place, Te Rapa, Hamilton 3200. We do not ship to international locations outside of New Zealand.

Christmas Shipping & Dispatch Deadlines

Our team is working hard to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please note the following Christmas delivery cut-off dates for our freight providers.

These timeframes apply to orders once dispatched. Allow up to three working days for your order to be processed. From Monday 22 December 2025 to Monday 5 January 2026, our team will be operating with reduced capacity, so additional time may be required for processing and dispatch.

Posthaste Couriers (applies to smaller orders)
Business & Residential Addresses

  • North Island: Delivery by Monday 22 December — place order by 12pm, Friday 19 December
  • South Island: Delivery by Monday 22 December — place order by 12pm, Friday 19 December

Move Logistics (applies to larger orders — some deliveries may experience an additional 24–48 hour delay)
Business & Residential Addresses

  • North Island: Delivery by Friday 19 December — place order by 12pm, Tuesday 16 December
  • South Island: Delivery by Wednesday 17 December — place order by 12pm, Sunday 14 December

Shipping Zones:
Zone 1 – Auckland, Waikato & BOP
Zone 2 – Rest of North Island
Zone 3 – Nelson, Marlborough, Tasman, West Coast & Canterbury
Zone 4 – Rest of South Island (Otago & Southland)

All orders are sent with tracking. 

New Zealand orders are sent via Move or Posthaste.

Our delivery timeframe of 5 -7 working days are from the date that the order has been picked up by the courier, not from the time the order was placed. Once the order has left our premises we have no control over the delivery time.

Outside of business hours, during public holidays and weekends we will be unable to ship your order, as courier companies do not operate.

We are unable to deliver to PO BOXES. Please use your physical address details. This includes a company name if you are getting it sent to a work address.

If for any reason we do not have a product in stock you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise you of any delay in delivering the product.
