Tandoori Marinade

Ingredients:
- 3 tbl fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1 small onion, peeled and quartered
- 6 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 1/4 cups plain yogurt
- 2 tbl ground cumin
- 1 1/2 tbl garam masala
- 1 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp salt
Directions:
In the bowl of a food processor, combine the ginger, onion, and garlic. Process until finely minced. Add the remaining ingredients and process again until smooth. Marinate meat in the fridge for 4 hours prior to cooking.
